James Clark is a Linebacker at Sebastian River Highschool who has literally burst onto the scene as a junior leading the Treasure Coast area in tackles for  loss 19 and recording 8 sacks. Clarke is 6'2 - 195 specimen with freakish athleticism, speed, qucikness and aggression. All the tools BCS programs look for in a prospect. Clarke has been reportedly clocked at 4.4 in the (40 yard dash). Clarke received his first scholarship offer from the University of South Florida and many more should follow as the potential top overall prospect in the area for Next Level Sports Scouting next rankings which will be released the day after National Signing Day. Clarke unoficially visited Florida when the Gators hosted the Tennessee Vols and really enjoyed himself while there.
